Merlin Magix 100ds1 PRI

We have installed a 100ds1 card into an existing merlin Magix that previously was using a did card. We are able to make and receive calls. Problem is that DID's are not routing to individual extensions. We are using three digit extensions and are setup to receive 3 digit, the carrier (Comcast) is sending 3 digits. All calls are going to the receptionist as the system is not translating properly. On her display in reads DID? on incoming calls. We have gone through the PRI setup on multiple occasions and still have the issue. System is 5ESS and we have asked for options to be custom. They are setup as 5ESS but have no setting for customs. Is the cause of the problem? Anyone have any other suggestion as to what we should be looking/asking for?
 
the calls are going to the recp because the system does not recognize the numbers Comcast is sending , is the main number of the DID and recp the same DID (374) recp station has to Be (374 ) is a place to start to make sure comcast is sending 3 digits .
 
Is your PRI set for Incoming RTG ?
Dial Plan

under Dial Plan RTG
Network Service =any service
Epect Digits = 3
Pattern to match = 374
digits delete =1
Digits to add - 1 makes Recp 174

you have 16 Tables to play with numbers,
 
Ends up the tech was inadvertantly adding a 0 and therefore creating the problem. Much appreciate your input.
