I need some body help for merling magig 4424LD+ on how to create or change name with ext. on LCD.If new employment come and has to change name from old employment.I need help,because I am new in this system.

To change the "label" for an extention - at the main operator phone (4424LD+), press munu, system programming, start, more (top right arrow key), labelling, directory, extentions, enter the extention number, backspace out the old name, type in the new name - then exit out. You may not see the letters on your desi label that the main 20 keys stand for - in which case you will have to experiement. Press a key - if the letter is incorrect backspace it out. After you finish press enter. Some letters will be available on the main screen. You are limited to 7 characters total.
