I have a merlin magic system at a remote site and I need to set it up so that 6 extensions cover each other. If one gets a call and is busy it'll ring at the others. I find it easy on my Definity system but the Merlin is baffling me. exts are: 223, 213, 216, 218, and 215

thanks for the assistance.

You could put a Primary Coverage button for each other extension on each phone. Ext. 223 gets a PriCov button for 212, 216, 218, and 215. And so on.

Do they also have Voice Mail? If not, you could make each extension part of a Coverage Group, and add Group Coverage buttons to each extension.

You might try the Magix Feature Reference guide, covers all of those things with descriptions and programming info, and it is free for the download @ support.avaya.com.
