can someone please tell me how to install/program moh on merlin legend/magix, i think it uses a trunk port

When I set up a system with MOH I found that I didn't need the coupler.

Favorite all too common vendor responses: "We've never seen this issue before." AND "No one's ever wanted to use it like that before.

You don't need the handset either if you have a speakerphone but you have more control over the call in progress when using the handset.

The accepted, recommended and supported method is to use the coupler.
