has 4 port voicemail, I assign 4 trunks (line 5,6,7 and 8)and 4 extensions (26,27,28,29)to the voicemail and calls should go to auto attendant number 2, when I call all 4 trunks the calls are going to extension 26 and not the auto attendant number 2...
By default, the calls are going to the Voice Mail box of the LOWEST LOGICAL ID (Extension) that has the lines assigned to it.
To have it go to an auto attendant, you will need to place the lines in a calling group (Other than VOICE MAIL), Overflow that calling group to VOICE MAIL, and create an AUTO ATTENDANT MAILBOX for the new calling group.
