Merlin Legend with PRI and DIDs-assigning DIDs to an extension that don't match the DID range

HELLO EVERYONE. I AM LOOKING FOR SOME HELP TODAY ON AN OLD MERLIN LEGEND SYSTEM. WE WERE HIRED BY A COMPANY THAT ALREADY HAD THIS SYSTEM IN PLACE, TO ADD SOME DIDs TO THE SYSTEM AND POINT THEM TO CERTAIN EXTENSIONS. IN THE PAST, I WOULD HAVE MASSAGED THE DIGITS TO ADD AND DELETE WHAT IS NEEDED TO MATCH THE DID RANGE TO THE EXTENSION NUMBERS. HOWEVER, THIS WAS SETUP BY SOMEONE ELSE AND I AM NOT SURE HOW THEY DID THIS, BUT THEY ARE ALREADY USING A DOZEN OR SO DIDs AND THEY DO NOT MATCH A DID RANGE IN ANY WAY. THEY ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE, SO I CAN'T JUST MASSAGE THE DIGITS TO FIT THE NEW ADDED DIDs, BECAUSE IT WOULD THROW OFF THE EXISTING DIDs IN USE. ALSO, NORMALLY IN THIS INSTANCE I WOULD SUGGEST RENUMBERING THE EXTENSIONS, BUT THEY HAVE BUSINESS CARDS PRINTED FOR ALL THE WORKING DIDs THAT ALREADY EXIST, SO THAT WON'T WORK. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME BY EXPLAINING HOW THIS CAN BE DONE SO I CAN ADD A FEW MORE DIDs WITHOUT RENUMBERING THE EXTENSIONS? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP.

Do a print of the PRI information, see what is already there, and add ranges that you need for the new numbers.

Also, the merlin legend only has 16 available tables to manipulate digits. So, if they already have 12 or so you may only be able to create 4 more using the table. You need to print the PRI table as TTT says and you will see which tables are already being used.

Thanks guys for the replies. I was able to find the 16 patterns under PRI that gave me the ability to add a few more DIDs with random numbers that didn't match the extension numbers. They are only using half of the 16, so it worked like a charm.
