Hi! I have a Cisco CallManager set-up with a T1 gateway to a D100 in a Merlin Legend via E&M wink start. We are able to make 3-digit calls successfully between the Cisco IP phones and the Merlin stations, but when we try to 7 or 10 digit dial to the PSTN, we get an immediate fast-busy regardless if it is prefixed with a 9 or not. The PSTN connection is made up of Centrex analog trunks. I don't have access to the Legend, but would welcome any thoughts as to why this is not working so that I can have the administrator check specific settings. I'd also like to confirm that this setup should work if all configurations are correct. Thanks!
