Merlin Legend VM not picking up

Any help is greatly appreciated, as I do not know what I'm doing. I'm working on an Merlin Legend vm system, and I added some new phones recently. Then I went in and added a mailbox for each of these new extensions, initialized the password, etc. But the VM will pick up on these new extensions. All other vm picks up fine.

So, I'm assuming there's something else I may need to do to initialize the mailbox on these extensions to get it to pick up?

You need to tell the Legend to send unanswered calls to the voice mail coverage group.

From the Console phone:

Menu
System Program
Exit (or Start)
Extensions
More (or right arrow)
Group Coverage
30
Enter
(Extension Number)
Enter
Home (or Exit)
