We've got a legend and the operator is having problems transferring to extensions beginning with 722# (example 7220, 7221). These are valid extensions on an 012 card. She says you can hear ringing but then it disconnects. Haven't been to site yet. Any ideas?

Can those extensions call the operator; are they forwarded somewhere else, like offsite; are they new extensions on a new card; print out each extension in SPM and see if it reveals any clues.

I haven't been to this site yet to check it out so I am only going on what I've been told. I did dial into this thing last night and printed an ext. directory and ext. info on random 722# extensions. I did not see anything that was obvious but the 13th slot contains an 012 module with extensions 7220 thru 7231 so I'm beginning to suspect it may be card related. I don't know if she is using an auto dial button on the console or if it occurs on all transfers. I guess I won't know until I get out there.
