I have a customer who wants to install a serial printer on the smdr port, anyone familiar with this, I am having a hard time finding all the parameters to setup the printer

It has to be set to 1200, none, 8 & 1.

A lot of times folks just use a cheap PC and save the info to a file.

It's not much of a trick to dump the data to a Spreadsheet.

Save a lot of paper and mess ups when using a serial printer. Instead, I would use Procomm Plus 4.0 Loaded on a PC and conect to the smdr port of Legend. No paper , no mess. Procomm will automatically capture and save info to a file.

Jack of all, master of none!

Yes, that's what I was hinting around about.

I had mine set up with a little Sub Notebook, in the desk in my Den.

Worked great 'till the LCD Screen gave out.

Best CALLER ID you ever saw!

I have made that suggestion to the cust be He insists on a serial printer. Thanks for the help
