Merlin Legend Reboot

Hey all.

I have forgotten the order of operations.

We have a Merlin Legend R7 (with one expansion chassis) with MMessaging v3.

When I am looking to reboot the system, do I turn off the expansion box and THEN the main system? or does it not matter.

Upon restart, do I do the expansion (to get it powered) and then (5 secs) boot the main unit? Or is it the reverse?

I can't remember and I scoured some pdfs for it... no luck.
