Are there any inherent ways to monitor (eavesdrop) calls. A receptionists station with attached dss can do it but you must hit mute. I find this a bit awkward if you really don't want the users to know who is being monitored. I've worked with other systems where a manager could dial a code and the extension to monitor. Are there any similar features with this system. I've found nothing close in the feature guide but I've been known to overlook the obvious.
