Merlin Legend PRI routing issue

AT&T PRI all DID numbers are defaulting to the operator on a Legend R7.

Routing is based on receiving 3 digits, then deleting digits and adding to send to correct extension or calling group.

Will Monitor show the digits being received on an inbound call and does anyone know the password.

If all calls are routing to the operator they are not sending you 3-digits. I assume the reception phone says ?DID. That means it doesn't have an extension to match it to and thus shoots it over to the receptionist.
