...phone line appearances to an MLX-20L set. The two lines are already appearing on five other MLX sets. They are used for outbound calling. Using SPM for programming. I am not familiar with Legends (only Definitys and DSA and ASA programming). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure what your question is. An MLX-20L set - if it is designated as an "operator" phone should show all lines connected to the system. If it is not designated as an "operator" then you can have it display whatever lines you want or remove the ones you don't want. The lines are numbered sequentially starting with 801 by the system. 801 would be the first line plugged into the first line module in the system, and so on. To program lines on an extension - you go into system programming, start, extensions, lines/trunks, enter extension# - then you will see all of the lines assigned to the telephone light up red starting from the bottommost left button. If you touch one of the red line buttons, the red light will go out - meaning the line has been removed. If you touch a blank button, you will assign a line. It is best to remove all of them (turn the red light off) and then starting with the bottommost left button turn each successive button red light on by pressing it - up to your last line - if that is whatt you want. Press "home" to exit and all lines will show up on the 20-L.
