Merlin Legend - Music on Hold Problem

Hello Everyone -
I've been trying to get the music-on-hold to work. I have the music coupler for the Legend, and the port has been configured, but nothing. Can someone give me the basics (maybe a checklist) to make sure everything is programmed correctly. What type of inexpensive music sources are out there and what type cable to connect everything. THANKS - in advance for your help!

MOH only works on an outside call; if port is programmed (pretty simple); (Aux Equip-MOH-set line port)line cord from that line port to coupler; coupler to source is connected. If nothing, could be a bad coupler. There is a little pot on the coupler that you can turn to make minor adjustments, but it is so fragile, I wouldn't use unless absolutely necessary.
