Merlin Legend--moved phone to new port--not dialing out

I moved a phone to a new digital port on a tdl-12 module. Now, when the user presses 9 to get an outside line, and then two more numbers, the call is denied. Doesn't the station programming follow the phone when it is renumbered on it's new port?

Nope, the programming is on the logical ID (the port), not on the extension number.

Do a print of the original port (you can input the new extension number, or # and the logical ID or * and the slot/port)
Do a another print of the new port, then use the File Compare to show you what is different
