Merlin Legend MLX-10 DSS shift key gone!

Is there a way to re-program the shift key on my DSS so that my secretaries will once again be able to get to the second page of extensions???

Help..... I need step by steps. This will be the first time I am programming the phone from the console itself.

Actually.. a full manual for the DSS that I could download would be even better.
