I am working on a merlin legend system R6.1 V11.1. There have been complaints of voicemails taking up to 6 days to be retrievable, even though the notifications showed up in a timely manner. Any ideas?
Under Extensions, Group Calling, HUNT TYPE, make sure it is set to LINEAR, and Make sure that the LAST PORT of the VOICE MAIL is the last port in the group.
