My customer wants two auto attendants, one for pool 70, which works now, and another for one line that is in pool 6. When I dial into the MLM and go to option 3 for auto attendants, it prompts me to dial one for day and so on, not prompting me for which auto attendant to choose from. Do some MLM mails not support more than one auto attendant?
If all MLM mails support more than one auto attendant, I do need assistance programming this to work on a ring delay, independent of day or night service.

Many thanks.

Another work around I was trying, other than using an auto attendant, was to set up pool 6, or line 805, to have a principle user for an extension, and that extension give out information to the caller via the voicemail box, but I got a wave-off when trying to input it. Just a thought as either scenario would be usable for the customer. (This is assuming that the caller can *8 out of the box if they wanted too.)

It was in single auto attendant mode, sorry. I changed it to multiple operation mode.

Got it working after a few modifications.
