you should be able to find the documentation on the Avaya.com web site. Basics are COS1 is 5 min, COS2 is 10 min, COS 3 is 60 min, COS15 = AA1, COS16= AA2 and COS 17= AA3. The ones in-between have to do w/ outcalling,etc. I don't have info at my fingertips, but I know it is on Avaya site.
