Merlin Legend Mail Main Greeting

This is the first time I am working on a Legend, so I have been using only what I was able to find on-line for manuals, etc. I need to change the main greeting to say a different company name. I can get into administration but when I dial "7" for greetings, it only gives me two options: 1 for voicemail and 3 for auto attendant. I've listened to all of these and they are just the default. How do I get to the main greeting?

1 for Day or 2 for Night

*# when prompted to enter a selector code

# when prompted to change the Dial-0/Timeout option

1 to record a new message

Wait for the tone, record new greeting, 1 to End

*# to Approve

When you get into the admin mailbox - are you pressing 9 to get into the programming menu? What version of voicemail do you have (Legend 007 MLM, Merlin Messaging, Merlin Mail)?
