merlin legend mail and cke4 processor 1

have been playing with a merlin legend mail 007 4 port and have set up the voicemail to get to the AA on 4 rings by not putting the lines in the call cover group. lines are answer by customer before it goes to the AA but after hours when the AA answer if I dial 0 it rings to station 10 but does not go to the general delivery mail bow i set up.

all programming is done as far as group calling, rotary enable, group type, etc and service oper set to 768 but have change to 10 or 0 with the same results. any suggestion what i may have missed

What is the Dial-0/Timeout set to? Transfer to Call Answer Service Operator? Transfer to Ext. 10? Record a message in the General Mailbox? What is the extension number of "the general delivery mail bow" you set up?

yep...was set to ns operator, change to dial o timeout to general delivery.....left at 9991.
