Hello... we are going through some office changes, and we don't have a manual for our messaging system. We were able to finally figure out how to change out nite/day service message, but now when someone presses 0 to get to general voicemail, it just keeps ringing and ringing, and no voicemail ever picks up (no wonder we never get any!).

Individual extensions will pick up when dialed, just not the general voicemail...please help!

When you go in to record the attendant message, there is a point that it asks for a selector code. If it is a merlin messaging, press 0 and change where the 0-outs go. If you have an older merlin mail, then you will press *# and it will then prompt you to change the 0-out option from the attendant.
