Merlin legend ext number question?

Hi
We have a merlin legend 3 lines and 6 exts r5 system and right now we have 3 diget ext plan , can we chage that to 2 deget plan ?? we only have 6 exts in our offce , also how do you change the ring patern, i like the old merlin ring tones !

With the MLX 20, you chan change default numbering to 2 digit.

Under Sys Prog > exit > System Renumber > Default > 2 Digit.

One word of caution, if you have voice mail, that will need to be changed as well. That is, if you now have 3 digit mail boxes, you will need to make new 2 digit mail boxes.

You would also have to tell the voice mail to deal with 2 digit mail boxes as well.

Under extension programming, touch a button, press list, then find Personal Ring - There are 8 different ring tones available.
