Merlin Legend Enhanced Service Center (ESC), looking for software

Hello,

I'm looking to get a Lucent Call Center WallBoard (WB4) running on a Merlin Legend 7.0 w/CKE3. I think either or both "Ultra Link II" or "Enhanced Service Center software" are what it's needs.

Anybody heard anything about these software packages, or know where to get them?

I thought these wall boards only worked on the Definity?

Interactive Northwest (who brought us WinSPM) used to make these packages. I think they still do. Look for "Conversant" or "Enhanced Service Center."
