I am the only operator and occassional set the night service during the day however, the night service doesn't pick up. The phone just rings and rings. I thought with the night service button activated all calls would go to the general mailbox, what am I doing wrong?

Well, that of course can depend on a few different things.
First, basic programming of NIGHT SERVICE - Is it programmed to do anything?
You could check that out by looking at MENU > System Programming > Exit/Start > Night Service and GROUP ASSIGN.
If you do an INSPECT at that point, you may discover something or not.
To return to "NORMAL" Operation of your console, just hit HOME.
Let us know what you find.....
