Merlin Legend 7.1 night ring issue

The night ring triggers a bell that can be heard throughout the factory, however, it is not ringing on the console phones anymore. Our off shift employees have been trained to pick up the calls by selecting the programmed 'night ring' button on the phones. This programmed line is not lighting up either.

It sounds like the night ringer is an analog extension off the system and that the console and the shift phones both have coverage buttons on them for that extension. What happens if you go to the console and press the Inspect Button and then the button that should be ringing for the night ringer? What does it say in the display is on that button? Does is say Blank? Or what feature does it say is on that button?
