Merlin Legend 7.0/Mail 007 - (2) mailboxes for Ext. 10?

Client has a Merlin Legend 7.0 working with Merlin Mail 007. Auto attendant is set to answer immediately.

Can we set the zero (0) out option to have the phone ring at ext. 10 then follow coverage to the General mailbox?

Furthermore, can you program the zero out option for another mailbox (i.e. phantom ext. with mail - using the adjunct programming) and have it forward to ext. 10; then when the call is answered by phantom mailbox, can the message waiting light illuminate at ext. 10?

First part: AA#1 can have a dial 0 / timeout option to transfer to extension 10, but not have it "cover" back to the Gen MB of AA#1. Gen MB's are fixed extensions 9991, 992, etc.

In the second part, don't use a phantom MB, use a calling group. Renumber a calling group to your choice, say 25, have it overflow directly to the voice mail calling group, when there is 1 call in queue. That sends it to voice mailbox #25. Back in the Calling Group programming, set the Message waiting to go to ext 10. Then when 25 gets voice mail, ext 10 gets the light. That will give you a light on X when Y mailbox gets a message.
