Merlin help

Hi, i have worked on S8700, but today i came across with merlin box having 100D 800 and 408 cards, i need to know the basic comands set to install and configure the box...

there are many ports, 5 on the top and 8 ports on the bottom side...need urgent help....

All programming is done either through the MLX-20 telephone at one of the programming extensions or through a software program called WinSPM. Go to the avaya site,

for any manuals or a copy of WinSPM. Good luck.

hey thanks, i have few MLX phones but how to configure ars routing etc...and i cant find and Lan card to bring box on network, there is only one Admin port on the processor card and im having a laptop with 3 USB, can u help me how to connect to....

It's not a box, and you don't bring it up on your network.

Folow the link in supertech2000's post to get the manual.

You program through your laptop's serial port, or dial up modem. You need WinSPM software to do it.
