Merlin Display / Caller ID

I have a Merlin Magix using a 100D PRI card. The problem is the end user's aren't seeing the caller ID on the second line of there 4406 sets when the are on a call on the first line. Any info will help. Thanks

Use the Inspect feature to preview incoming CID on second call without disturbing first call.
