Merlin AA Question

I have 6 lines being answered by an AA. When callers "0" out they hit the operator at which time it rings four times on the operators ext and everyone else that we have a cover buttin on. Problem is after 4 rings it stops ringing on the cover button and starts ringing only on the specific line button on the operators phone.
Help, please!!!

Raise up the transfer return, this will fix the cover issues.

Sys prog
exit or start
options
transfer
return time--this setting will be 4
backspace the old setting
enter in new parameter...I would use 9
Enter

Viola, now it will work
