Merlin 6.0 with audix, getting ext to VM? 1

I inherited a Merlin legend 6.0 with Audix, I need to know how to set up an ext to be answered by voice mail, the Audix is already configured for that ext, but calls are never answered by the vm for that ext.
Bear with me I'm trying to muddle my way thru this, I have SPM hooked up, need to know what to look for, any help would be apprecreated.

If I read this right you need to add the ext to the cover group for voice mail usually cover group 30. Go into programming under extensions, more, group coverage, and do inspect and see if the other exts. with voice mail are in there and then add yours.
