i have an old legend mail and try to reset a mailbox password but i can't login as administrator. i tried to dial 770 then 0# but i was directed to the operator...i tried 770 then 99# but still can't login...
what is the procedure to login as administrator? pls help in details...

What version mail? 007MLM would be mailbox 9997

you have to build a calling group with the voice mail ports and set it up for intergrated voice mail. Just dialing the ports individually will result in the system transferring you to the operator. Once you get to the vm, then enter 9997 as the admin box.
