Merl mail rls 12.14 - help

If we dial voice mail it has a ring no answer
When i cheked the cardit waas disabled - after I enabled it i got this read out below -
Is there a way to re-direct the voice mail calls to another
working ports ?

I repaired the problem by rebooting the merl mail



we have 16 ports linked to sympo 5.0
and the 4 that went down are for corp offices


merl mail is old and dont I know it! - Our manager refuses to upgrade - what do i do if it happens again ?

ld 48 dis aml and enl aml. ?
or just keep rebooting ? someday it will all fail and he will be forced to upgrade huh ?
