this is the seer trace i get relating to mailbox 801.
the seer guide was not helpful is solving

unable to login/ delete/view /modify add mailbox ...
need help ...thanks in advance

Corrupted software if you can't do anything with it, your going to need ETAS

delete the mb, is it working?.. either way take it out and put it back. nortel will have you start with that step anyway. next step is delete, backup and restore..
