Meridian Voicemail E-mail Notification

Hi everyone,

I have been asked if I can setup meridian to send an e-mail notification with the message attached. Does Meridian support this? I am somewhat new to the managment of our PBX (option 11c)and Meridian System and it has been said that it is possible. Can someone assist/confirm. Thanks, OTM1221.

I have never heard of this. If you have a Call Pilot, this will work , but not Mer Mail.

I know release 13 was (for a time) configurable for SMS / Text messaging. However that feature was later pulled by in order to incent users to move to CallPilot and is no longer available.

If it was purchased (before being pulled) you may have the ability on the system now. if it was not purchased then it can no longer be added to Meridian Mail as a keycode.
