Meridian Voice mail admin password

Hello,

I am unable to access the voicemail admin features in our system. I do have telephone config admin password but I cannot access the voicemail admin. The default password to Voicemail admin has been changed. Using my config password, is it possible to reset passwords to the voicemail admin?

With Mermail you can change passwords from install tape - utilities menu

Or contact your service provider to have them reset - should not share password info on forum
