I have a customer that has a problem. When he sets the time on his phone system, the time changes to what he puts in but never starts running. The phone says it is updating and says update complete. I think it is the old mics 1.1 software.

Sometimes, just re-booting the KSU will get the clock started ticking again.

That is the first thing I had him do is to restart system and still have the same trouble

Some people have replaced software cart. to get it going again. I have performed a system back-up, then did a startup on the system, then restored the data which worked to get it going again, but did not work every time. It is a strange problem that seems rare. When I first saw it, ITAS did not have answers other than replace it.
Makes you want to kick the box to get the pendulum swinging again.
