Meridian programming ?

hi,
i'm new to this nortel meridian pbx and i'm working as a maintenance engineer. I would like to have frequently used set of commands and its uses related to administration and maintenance.Unfortunately the company didnt gimme any training in this product.It is very hard to refer and study the software package of meridian whenever i need to excute commands thro procomm plus.pleaseeeeee anyone could help for me.
