Meridian Option 11c Training

Does anyone know of a good in-person Meridian 11c Trainer in North America (Or lower Canada)?

I am getting pretty good with basic adds,moves,changes but I would like to know more about call routing, BARS, PRI configuration, etc.

Check out Global Knowledge. They are the company that "took over" for Nortel when Nortel stopped doing their own training. Been to several classes both from Nortel and Global; both were as good as you wanted them to be.

Global Knowledge is good, but you must travel to their locations unless you have lots of money to hire them to come to you. There are people who will come to you.
