hello

1. when dialing a 1 800 number the 1 is dropped from the number ?

2. inbound calls only receiving on one channel ?

sorry for my ignorance, i'm new to meridian
thanks

that's a little tough for a rookie, using one channel is a feature of the provider, not the switch. dropping the 1 is a feature of ld 86, and ld 90. in 90
Code:
prt
0
net
ac1
npa (or spn)
1800
that will give you a rlb/rli that the 1800 is pointed to outbound.
then in load 86
Code:
prt
rlb
x

that will give you a route and a dgt. the dgt is deleting the first digit. bad news, don't change that, you have other numbers pointed to the rlb, so build a new one. just repeat all the same commands, use the same route, leave out the dgt, and the frl, if you want lower ncos stations to use the 1800, make the frl 0 or 1.. that will allow ncos 0 or 1 and above make the call, if ncos/frl is mapped one to one.. jump in and post anything you have questions about
