I have a DMS-500 switch and my customer has a Meridian option 11 PBX. The PBX connects to my switch via T1 interface. The problem is that when they make an outbound call the display of the recieving end only show's *****. I have the name of the T1 in the DMS-500 as the customers name but that never shows up. Does the Meridian option 11 via a T1 really even send Calling Number information to my switch. I have put a TBERD 224 on it and I see the number they dialed and the PBX extension that dialed it but not the Main number which is what my DMS is looking for. I have also set up TBERD inbetween the PBX and my DMS and I still only get *****'s. Does the OPTION 11 need a certain revision of T1 card or does it need a software patch or is the problem in the DMS-500? Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks

Carlos

If the T1 is setup as pri in the 11c and the dchan interface is set correctly you should receive clid on your dms switch..but..there is no such interface as D500 on the 11C side. Only D100, D250, or NI-2.

The customer has a plain T1 card option 11 release 19. This is not a PRI.

Thanks

Carlos
