Sure have the night call fwd go to a 500 port with a ringer on it because if there all in position busy the Q will be in night call foward mode and you can direct it pretty much anywear.
If you think about position busy that they used the Make Busy key, then the answer regarding Night call forward mode is correctly. If you really mean that all your agents are in a converstaion with a caller then you need to work with the interflow option and sen this to 500 type set. Then the people are notify and can pick them up.

we are in a taxi office and at times when we are busy the guy giving the jobs out has his phone on poss busy , so he cant take the over flow but at other times when he can all other opperators may be on the phone he is unaware that there are calls waiting unless he looks at his phone so we could do with a ringer.this might speed up the other opperators calls if they could hear other calls waiting. the night mode is possibley not what we require. the 500 type set what is this and how would it work. would it over flow at a set level or when all are poss busy.
Here is what you could do set your overflow to a nother acd Q which is night call fwd to and anlog station with a bell on it thats you cheepest way out.
