Hi, we are jsut setting up some M3820's on one of our old Merdian PBX's. They have a headset in them. BUT, some of the calls are ringing in the headset and some are beeping. Where would I chnage this so they all beep or all ring? I am not an administartor so I have to pass this on to the person who is so please keep answer in lamens terms. Thanks
