Meridian Opt 61C - Call Forward External Issue

To forward calls to PSTN from an Opt 61 extension for calls originating from DPNSS (on-net) trunks.

Set-up:
Opt 61 is connected to the CS2K using DPNSS trunks for on-net and off-net calls. Q931 trunks are also connected directly to Opt 61 for DDI and incoming PSTN calls. The SLC of the Opt 61 is 350 and the test extn is 5552 (M3904). CFXA is enabled on extn 5552 and a call forward is set to '9'01491600014. 7 is the on-net access code (but it is not forwarded with on-net digits to CS2K) and 9 is the off-net access code (and is forwarded to CS2K for off-net digits).

Problem:
When the test is carried out with the call originating from DPNSS the call fails to divert to 01491600014 but diverts to 3406005, which is the NAS number. 3406005 is a Centrex Attendant Console resident on a DMS100 that is connected to CS2K via IBN7 and UKISUP. However, calls originating from Q931 are successful. See Traces Below :-

Would appreciate your help on resolving why the DPNSS originated call diverts to 3406005 rather than 01491600014.

look at the ncos on the incoming call, usually a block.. for trunk to trunk the inbound trunk not the set needs the call allowed
