If I want to force a ACD queue(because it schedueled to do this at a certain time) from one queue to another how do I do it? On occasion what has happened is when that set time comes it should switch from queue 2749 to 2700 and it doesn't switch. Any help would be great...thanks.
 
What action have you scheduled?
What parameters are you changeing?
Exactly what should you want to happend?

I dont understand in what way you want the forcing to work.
Should all calls suddenly be answerd in another queue?
What happends at this time? Is there still agents in the main queue??

 
Wow, that's a lot of questions.
No CCR and is meridan voicemail, but has nothing to do with the Meridian Max. Agents in 2749 go home at 5:00pm and then new agents (with the same DID)come in at 5:00pm. They mostly make outbound calls but do take incoming for Queue 2700. Within programming on the Max somehwere there is a time set to switch from 2749 to 2700. That's the part I'm trying to figure out, where that parameter is and if it doesn't change how can a force the change? Does that make sense?
 
If the agents from queue 2749 goes home and log of their sets, there could be a night call forward to 2700.

That is the NCFW parameter for ACD 2749.
The calls would automaticaly go to 2700 when all sets in group 2749 are logged out.

Easy and no force or schedules in max.

2700 could have a night number wich is meridian mail.
Meridian mail could then give night announcements for both grups when they are both in night mode (all logged out).
If correct set up, they would get different nigh messages if wanted.

Only problem with this is if the different queues has different announcements when the calls are queued there.
