Meridian Max Reports??

I have an old option 11 on rls 18, the system has meridian max installed, its a mini max in slots 18,19 and 20. My question is that I do not believe that MTE is enabled on this system and im not sure how to pull reports or setup loggin ids and so on, all the max systems I have worked on in the past have always used MTE, I can login to the max term using maint/ntacdmax but this only gives me options to change config options and system parm, is there another login to use?, I must be missing something.

have you tried logging in using the maxusr login?
