meridian max problem

cust has meridian max 9 & opt 61c. for some reason in the past couple of days i lose my hsl. i cannot enable hsl in ld 48. only if i re-boot max will it come back up. any suggestions what to look for?

Check the paddle board, you might need a new one. It's not uncommon. I have replaced some that have cleared this issue.

thanks john for the advice. i changed the paddle board in early november & it has not gone down since. however , i am now getting a cc link down message on supv position. says it is waitinng for keycode update. i went thru procedure in troubleshooting but no change. any help would be appreciated.
