Meridian management

Hi all,

Our previous Meridian maintainer is keeping the system passwords from us and we need them to allow the new maintainer into the system. We do have OTM access but not complete management.

Is there a way to resolve this without keeping the argument with our previous maintainer going?

you can request your passwords be turned on to more loads, but only someone with 2nd level password can add ovly's to your account

Letter from a lawyer should do it....Hopefully. You paid for and hold the licensing use rights from Nortel. Even a complaint to Nortel may do it.

If you can not go those routes, your new maintainer (if you use one) should be able to get them for you.

John and Arch are correct. Your provider should be able to get this going for you. If they can't...hmmmmm

here in the south we usually get things done with controlled gun fire, cheaper then lawyers, works good, last a long time
