if you can't get the password from the vendor or some one on site, you'll need to get in touch with nortel, they can do a backdoor reset, you'll just need the serial number and a invoice for a little over 1500.. if you have the old password, go into the tools menu
much better, from the main menu opt 1 then 1 then view modify, type in your ext number.. that gets you to the screen for that user, the tab key gets you through the fields down to see if the box is enabled or disabled, the arrow key will move the highlight over to the enable, then the change password key will ask for the new password twice, save
